New Generation was born from the vision of two brothers Ivan and Daniel Petrigna ,
who for years have experienced firsthand the world of travel and tourist entertainment at 360°.
They didn't just live it: they studied it, analyzed it, loved it , and finally questioned it.
They saw the authentic energy of those who animate with their heart, but also the contradictions of a sector that
too often forgets human value.
From this awareness, New Generation was born! Not an agency, but a cultural revolution .
Our Generation Crew is made up of trainers and industry experts, united by a common dream: to restore dignity, quality, and passion to the travel industry and the profession of tourist entertainer.

During the experience you will face every role of tourist entertainment,
with a concrete and technical vision:
Mini Club : management, safety, empathy with the little ones.
Contact : reception, involvement and relationship dynamics with guests.
Sport and Fitness : management of physical and recreational activities.
Sound/Lighting Technician: technical part of shows and events.
Scenography and shows: planning, management, and hosting evenings.
Head Animator: leadership, responsibility and coordination.
Each module is designed to make you live the role, not just know it.
